At Francesca's Italian Kitchen we keep our pizzas as authentic as possible, while utilising local produce. We have a very thin base and don't overload the pizza with cheese or toppings. The pizzas are cooked quickly in the wood fired oven, giving them crispy bases with little air pockets.
